The project comprised of: Constriction of Academic Building (3-storied with 3-storied foundation plinth area 5,574.14 sqm) Administrative building (2-storied with 2 storied foundation plinth area 464.51 Sqm.), Hostel building with cook house and dining hall (2 storied with 3 storied foundation plinth area 938.23sqm), 1x4 Teachers quarter & Driver Accommodation (2 storied with 3 storied foundation plinth area 399.85 Sqm), Auditorium, (500 seats plinth area 1002.71 Sqm), Solar panel system, Central Air Conditional System, Fire fighting system, CCTV audio visual security & PA System, Interior decoration, Acoustics system, Mosque, Playground, Car parking, Internal Road, Boundary wall, Drain, Sewerage disposal, External water line including water reservoir, External electric supply line including 250 KVA Transformer with sub-station building, Site development and Gas supply line as in DPP for BAF Shaheen School & College at Paharkanchanpur, Tangil.
